Once you provide us with a few basic pieces of information about the land, we will begin an in-depth due diligence process. Our underwriting department will determine a value based on true data and a price-per-square-foot basis, ensuring we offer the highest possible amount.

2. We Present You With An Offer

Once we have verified that your land meets our buying criteria, our property underwriters will determine an offer amount and contact you by either phone or email to discuss how we can proceed.

3. We Send You An Agreement

Once we have come to an agreement, we will prepare a basic purchase agreement we get attorney approved. Once signed, it will be forwarded to the title company.

4. We Open Escrow

The title company will confirm receipt of the purchase agreement and then the title company will contact you and send the seller information sheet.
